Thank you for sharing these valuable tips on peaceful relationships! Building peace in all our relationships is key to a better world. I look forward to learning from your insights so I can help spread this important message in different communities and places. Keep up the great work!
Thank you, Elisabeth! We hope that our writing can illuminate some relationships and we that people will join us in spreading peace one relationship at a time.
This is just what I needed to hear this morning. I notice experiencing the 'kingdom of Heaven' in the moments I appreciate. Being conscious of consciousness beyond what's known swallows up anxiety. God brings unity and facilitates connections.
True growth often comes from interacting with others. Maude's words about "deep relationships allow us to understand ourselves better" remind me that every conflict or friction in life is a mirror reflecting our inner selves. When we are willing to calmly observe our own reactions, rather than simply blaming others, the world seems to calm down, and our relationships become more nurturing
There’s so much wisdom here; thank you! Especially the reminder that discomfort in relationships isn’t a cue to pull away, but an invitation to look inward.
Over the past year, I’ve been spending a lot of time in that exact space, asking myself, What’s happening inside me right now? Sometimes the answer is tied to old patterns I thought I’d left behind, other times it’s fear in disguise, and sometimes it’s simply my body saying, slow down.
Balancing the “verbal” and “nonverbal” sides of myself has been transformative. Writing helps me give shape to my experiences, but stillness, through meditation, long walks, or simply noticing my breath, helps me uncover the truth beneath the words.
It’s humbling and heartening work. My own writing helps me process it, but pieces like this remind me that peaceful relationships always begin with a peaceful relationship with oneself. Thank you for showing such a clear path toward that.
I salute you, Maude, for your dive into deepening your relationships. A wonderful thing to do. May your year of discovery continue in a wild and wonderful way.

Yeah, for me the trick is remembering to "calmly observe". My ability to do so varies! Phil

Thank you so much, Jeanine. It has just started and it’s already been profound.

Sounds so familiar. Listening to The Power of Now for the second time. Go within to find peace.
And go within to find what is happening with you if you ae reacting in a relationship.
